What is Guided Imagery?Guided Imagery

Guided Imagery (G .I.) is a healing modality that allows one to direct his/her thoughts to promote healing, relaxation, and to achieve a more peaceful, pain-free state.  Thi s occurs through the activation and communication of multiple complex areas of our brain to promote healing.  Clinical studies support that G.I. h as the ability to positively impact one’s physiology and health.

These meditative techniques often unveil the deep root of  an illness,  which is oftentimes, fear.  By connecting with our Inner wisdom we are guided to a higher, more balanced state of health and well-being.

This is a technique that is empowering for clients by allowing them to actively take a role in their healing program.
